We offer high quality, highly bespoke supported living for choices children, young people and adults with complex health needs, helping them live at home safely and comfortably at home. Everyone’s care needs are different, and we work closely with people, their families, case managers and other professionals around them to develop a care package and plan that meets their individual needs as fully as possible.
What supported living care option is right?
There are different supported living care options available and is developed bespoke to meet individual needs. Our highly experienced teams offer hourly, waking night and sleeping night support as well as 2:1 complex healthcare support should it be needed.
They also offer educational attendance support as well as personal assistant support, helping people maintain independence and learning opportunities.
