Our History, Awards and Accolades
- 2016 – Libertatem was founded in 2016 and are a trusted provider of high-quality complex in home care for people with complex care needs including paediatric, learning disabilities, mental health illness, spinal injuries and acquired brain injuries.
- 2019 – Libertatem rated as ‘Good’ by the CQC
- 2022 – Libertatem rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC
- 2023 – Libertatem joined the Sonderwell Group in 2023. Sonderwell was founded in 2021, bringing together a group of 9 individual companies that have been delivering complex care for over two decades in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
- 2024 – Libertatem moved Head office to the new site in Wokingham
- 2025 – Libertatem and Sonderwell awarded one of Berkshire’s Leading Companies by Grant Thornton
- 2025 – Enviva and Arrow join Libertatem
- 2025 – Libertatem gets rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC for the second time running
- 2025 – Libertatem gets rated as ‘Good’ by the CIW
- 2025 – Libertatem is registered with RQIA
