Our CEO, John Lee, has been touring the UK to host a series of Listening Lunches with our amazing support workers and team members. These sessions gave everyone a chance to share feedback, ask open questions, and discuss ideas directly with John in an open, relaxed setting.
And of course, no good conversation happens on an empty stomach – every session included a free lunch, great company, and plenty of laughs along the way!
The Listening Lunches have been a fantastic opportunity to strengthen connections, celebrate the incredible work of our teams, and ensure every voice is heard across the organisation.
